Rules for visiting International B2B exhibitions

All persons who have accepted the invitation of the organizer to visit the exhibition, as well as registered as a visitor on-line, agree with these Rules and undertake to comply with them:

  • Registration is MANDATORY for all visitors.
  • Entrance to the exhibition in the first two days is open only to professional visitors. A professional visitor is a business owner, individual entrepreneur, official, manager, manager, specialist, other representative of a specialized foreign or domestic company, enterprise, public authority, association, union visiting the exhibition to achieve business and professional goals. To confirm the professional status of the visitor, the Exhibition Organizer has the right to ask him to submit a supporting document: his own business card, power of attorney or an official letter from the represented organization, another document indicating the professional status of the visitor.
  • The basis for entering the exhibition is a badge. The badge is issued at the registration desk at the entrance to the territory of the exhibition. The badge is valid during the entire period of the exhibition.
  • The badge can be obtained by filling out the electronic registration form at the entrance to the exhibition.
  • An electronic badge can be obtained by completing the on-line registration procedure on the official website of the exhibition. To do this, you need to print the badge in A4 format, fold it as indicated on the margins, present it at the entrance to the exhibition pavilion or show a screenshot of the electronic badge on your phone, bypassing the registration area.
  • Students of specialized universities are allowed on the third day of the exhibition, only accompanied by a teacher, according to the list of students officially certified by the administration of the relevant university. The list must be agreed with the organizer of the exhibition.
  • The transfer or sale of visitor badges to third parties is prohibited. The exhibition organizer has the right to check the correspondence of the name indicated in the badge with the name of the visitor, for which the Organizer may ask the exhibition visitor to present an identity document.
  • On the territory of the exhibition, visitors are not allowed to trade, distribute any advertising and information products, hold presentations, demonstrations, campaigns and any other similar events and actions without the written consent of the organizer.
  • On the territory of the exhibition it is forbidden to be in a state and in a form that does not correspond to the business nature of the exhibition and generally accepted norms of behavior, as well as to perform actions that violate public order.
  • Visiting the exhibition with children of minor age is allowed only accompanied by adults on the last day of the exhibition!
  • The organizers of the exhibition reserve the right not to allow visitors to the exhibition area who violate the established rules of conduct, show aggression, insult employees and guards, or who are in a state of alcoholic or toxic intoxication.

In case of violation of these Rules, the Organizer has the right to refuse to visit the exhibition without any compensation to the person who committed the violation.

VISITING TERMS:

The Expo is open for public and industry players, the admission of visitors to the event will be completed 30 minutes before the end of the working day of the event.

October 11 – 13, the entrance to the exhibition is open to industry professionals and people working in related fields, however, students are expected to visit the exhibition on October 12th.
